4. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on the Site are listed in GBP (ÂŁ). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any applicable discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers are applied at checkout and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
5. Ordering & Payment
An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order if:

6. Shipping of Physical Products
Physical books are normally shipped from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or in your confirmation email. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, customs checks, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once your order is handed over to the courier or postal service. Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order.
7. Digital Products
Digital products (such as eBooks or downloadable files) are delivered via download link or email after successful payment. Please ensure that your email address is correct at checkout.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital files for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, or distribute any digital files without written permission.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with your physical purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any packaging or inserts where possible.
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
8.2 Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds on digital items except where required by law (for example, if the file is defective or you were charged in error).

9. Offers, Coupons & Promotions
